A genealogy research log form is a fairly standard form. It will keep track of the research you are performing on a specific individual in a particular locality. This form helps to keep those minute details from escaping your memory.

Finally, a correspondence log sheet is a valuable genealogy form that will help you to keep track of the letters you have sent to others for information. There is a document number that will refer to letters and responses that you have sent out and received. It helps to be organized when tracking your family history and genealogy forms will definitely help you do just that.
