When I was a minor (17 YRD old), I had an incident in the State Georgia: following too closely, driving without a license and leaving the scene of the accident. When I was 21 I had a poisoning in public office and second degree assault in the State of Maryland. These last two charges were expunged. I got my police records of two states and they show "no record". You think they have grounds to refuse my request? Thank you. PS I know are canceled if not visible for the authorities.
