Lie to Self and plead Guilty or take a chance with a Jury Trial ??

On vacation in FL. I misjudged my turn and almost crossed over the median into the wrong lane, it was hard to tell the right lane due to darkness, no traffic and unfamiliar roads. I corrected the situation and got my vehicle in the right direction, but I was pulled over and given the sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI. I took the Breathalyzer and blew .068 and .072; under the legal limit of .08 I was given back my license but I had to stay two more days till I was bailed out. I have a public defender and have plead not guilty. Prosecutor says if I plead guilty they will give me the min. charges for a first time offender (license suspension / alcohol classes / probation, fines etc) BUT I blew under .08 and there is no video tape or audio recording of the arrest (I was hoping the tapes would help me) WHAT WOULD YOU DO? A trial for DUI consists of 6 jurors, If they happen to find me guilty I could go to jail, If you were on this jury would you find me guilty? What are my chances?

my husbands in a similar situation but he got arrested for dwi (in tx) and taken to jail…he blew a .10 its also his first offense, they took his license for 90 days he managed to get a work permit to drive during the 90 day suspension. he also has a lawyer and its been lil over 3 months since his arrest and he still doesnt have a courtdate. his lawyer told him that it would probly get dropped down to a lessor charge of like public intox or abstruction of a roadway (something similar to that) but as i said he blew a .10 which is over the limit of .08 since u didnt blow over the limit, i would suggest getting a new lawyer or a second opinion,,, the charge against u SHOULD have been dropped since u were pulled over for dui and wasnt over the limit.
